It Starts with You.

Our process begins with getting to know you and your goals. Tell us where you want to go, and we'll work with you to develop a plan that suits your needs. And as your life changes, we'll adjust your plan so it better aligns with your new path.

We believe a detailed planning process can be an effective way to help individuals work toward their financial goals. An effective plan may help individuals prepare for future financial needs and may help lessen the financial impact that disability, critical illness, or other unexpected losses of income can have.

So what are the steps?

1. Discovery (the truth phase)

We uncover what’s really going on— your financial goals and fears, preferences and experience, assets, tax exposure, income needs, and inefficiencies.

2. Financial Plan First

We build a comprehensive financial plan that becomes the foundation for every decision—investments, taxes, income, Social Security, and estate considerations.

3. Tax-Efficient Portfolio Strategy

We design and implement a tax-efficient portfolio while identifying opportunities to manage your lifetime tax burden - including Roth conversion strategies, withdrawal planning, and ongoing coordination with your CPA.

4. Ongoing Advocacy & Reviews

We typically meet three times per year for in-depth reviews, along with regular check-ins via phone or email. We continuously evaluate planning opportunities across taxes, income, and long-term strategy.

Because a plan only works if it’s actively used, continuously updated, and applied across every decision.
