Jess is often the first point of contact clients connect with—and the person making sure everything behind the scenes runs smoothly.

With a background in banking and financial services, Jess brings a strong understanding of processes and client care, but what she enjoys most is working with people. She plays a key role in coordinating account activity, managing the details, and keeping everything on track so clients and advisors can focus on the bigger picture.

Originally from the UK, Jess moved to the U.S. in 2015 and has built a diverse professional background that also includes work in sign language interpreting—an experience that strengthened her communication skills and ability to connect with people from all walks of life.

Jess is known for her attention to detail and her ability to make even the more complex parts of the process feel straightforward and manageable. She brings a calm, organized approach to her work, along with a good sense of humor that helps put clients at ease.

Outside of the office, Jess enjoys spending time with family and friends, staying active, and working on creative, hands-on projects. She is also a self-taught seamstress, something that reflects her patience, precision, and love of building things from the ground up.
